Our dinner guests are chocoholics. Last time, we made something called Chocolate Decadence, which is pretty much just a pound of chocolate, a pound of sugar, an egg and a pinch of flour. We asked them to take home the leftovers. They're the first folks we've ever seen eat two slices of that belly bomb. Well, tonight's dessert is chocolate mousse. Lots of chocolate mousse, druid labs style. Twelve servings, to be exact. It looks like just about a half gallon. We're only going to be 4 for dinner. I'm going to call it "Charging...Clear!" in honor of the paramedics who are going to have to revive us afterwards.
