Edit: the photo has been lightened to show the girl's face.
On the opening day of the Wildwood International Kite Festival the Lehigh Valley Kite Society holds kite-making classes for local school kids. Afterwards they all troop down to the beach where they're forced to sit through the annual "Opening of the Beaches" speeches by the politicos. Then they get to fly the kites they've made.
While I was taking photos, this young lady came up to me and demanded (not requested!) I take her picture.
