This a copy of a table I built to hold focus objects for meditation and reflection. It's just high enough so that when I sit on the floor it's at a comfortable height. And I can keep things underneath it, such as a sitting blanket and a notebook.
I'm not a woodworker (whatever you do, don't talk to my junior high shop teacher*!), so I used a pre-cut piece of veneer plywood and a table legs kit from Lowes rather than try to make them myself.
* "I will not put my hands near the moving circular saw blade."
